I started Sonnett and Co. after successfully leading a design and research agency where I spearheaded the transformation from a general digital design agency into a laser-focused UX Design and Research agency for EdTech. That experience taught me how to identify the right audience, refine service offerings, and implement structured processes that drive measurable impact.
